WALLMASTER is a cost-effective heating & cooling solution for the lodging, healthcare, multifamily housing and modular building industries. With energy efficiencies up to 12.2 EER, Friedrich’s new PTAC can help defray rising energy costs by lowering operating expenses. Additionally, standard features like mechanical thermostat limiters and built-in dampers give operators even more ways to control costs. Limiters allow property owners and managers to contain utility costs by determining thermostat adjustability on individual units, while built-in dampers allow up to 70 CFMs of fresh air without the added expense of additional accessories required by some models to meet codes.

Friedrich engineers have designed a PTAC that is easier to install and service. The new WALLMASTER fits perfectly into any industry standard 16?x 42?sleeve, making the replacement of less efficient units a snap. Friedrich quality wall sleeves, deep wall sleeve extensions or sleeve extension retrofit kits are also available as part of a complete line of PTAC accessories. Servicing units is quick and easy. Maintenance engineers love the convenience of the WALLMASTER top-mounted return air filters which are readily accessible for cleaning or replacement.
