• Delicious, If Not Nutritious
  I love this cereal! Like others, I've also tried just about every gluten-free cereal out there, and this is quite possibly my favorite. I love Gorilla Munch but often find it too sweet and coarse, so this is a wonderful counterbalance to that. The berries add a nice touch, though I do love the plain Crispy Brown Rice as well.
  
  My only issue is that, like many gluten-free cereals, Erewhon doesn't seem to have given much thought to fortifying their cereal with the extra nutrients that those of us with celiac disease so desperately need. However, I admit that I'll gladly take supplements if it means having food that doesn't taste like cardboard, so Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice with Mixed Berries will continue to be a morning staple in my home.
  
  Also, as a side note for fellow dairy-intolerant celiac patients, this cereal does very well with soy milk. It doesn't get soggy and it retains its pleasant crispy crackling sound even as you eat....more info
• Excellent food for those with food allergies
  This cereal tastes amazing! My son has severe food allergies which limits his diet. Often he's constrained to eating bad tasting foods so we were pleased to find a tastey alternative to what you find on the shelves of the local grocery store. You'll like this cereal! ...more info
• My 2 year old loves it
  My daughter and I both have celiac. This is her favorite cereal even over cocoa pebbles. She loves the fruit in it. I love that it is better for her than some of the other gluten-free options. It is great that I can buy one kind of cereal that my whole family will enjoy, even those without celiac....more info

• Wonderful cereal
  This is a wonderful GF cereal! It is crunchy, a touch sweet, and the fruit is a wonderful addition. This is the first GF cereal that my son will really eat. He frequently has 2 bowls, and he does not eat much! Highly recommend....more info
• Tasty but lacking in nutrional value
  Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice with Mixed Berries is a tasty treat of a breakfast cereal. If you like rice crispies, you'll probably like this. The only flaw that I found was that the cereal is lacking in nutritional value. Compare this nutrition label to something like Total Raisin Bran and you'll see what I mean. The other problem I had was that the cereal tends to stick together in clumps in the box so you have to break it up first.
  
  If you examine the label you will see that it is mostly empty carbs. If you require a gluten free diet, I suggest Quinoa flakes with fresh berries on top instead. It has better nutritional value....more info
• Yummy GF cereal
  My sons and DH love this cereal. Not many of the gluten free cereals actually earn the title "delicious," but this one does. I like buying it here because it is generally cheaper than the local stores....more info
• Great Breakfast Cereal
  It is hard to find a gluten free cereal and nearly impossible to find one that tastes good. When Kashi discontinued their Cranberry Sunshine I went without my breakfast cereal for an entire year. Then I found this! The combo of slightly sweet rice and tart dried fruit is lovely. I order it here because my grocery store runs out of it all the time. I must not be the only one who likes it....more info
