Customer Reviews:

  • Inspires the spiritual imagination
Spiritually creative and inspiring. I have a connection with animals, so this book has me taking a second look at my closest, loyal animal friends and wonder ... "might we be connected from a previous time? Is that why we feel so close?" I love stories like this that expand the possibilities and get us thinking more "out of the box." Relax and just have fun....more info
  • Loved it...
Interesting read, and I enjoyed every bit of it. One mans journey to discover body and soul, Scott keeps you hooked and involved with his characters journey. Left me on a cliff at the end waiting for the next book, arrrggg... Scott how could you :-)

  • Glad it was free
This book was poorly written and poorly edited. A thinly veiled attempt to enlighten us with his views on our souls, the afterworld, etc.

I am sorry I wasted my time on it. Only got halfway through before it became too boring to finish......more info
  • Tough to put down
This is the first time I am wrote a review for any book, but felt as I had to. The premise for this book was very personal to me as I was undergoing some of the same types of health related issues a few years ago and had some of the same thoughts going thru my head. Fortunately, my story turned out for the better, but Scott seemed to really catch the deep, inside feelings you get at the time. I found the book very difficult to put down and the whole concept fascinated me. I am generally not a very spiritual type of person, but this is opening my eyes. I can't wait for the next one....more info
  • not the best
i felt the author left me hanging. It dragged on and really didnt conclude. Glad it was free....more info
  • Serves it's purpose
I got this as a free MP3 with the purchase of Waiting For Autumn. I don't expect to be blown away by the stories and writing in these types of books. Just like with The Alchemist or the movie The Celestine Prophecy, I read (or watch) them in order to come away with the lessons. Gets me thinking and grounded. If you expect a NY Times Bestseller, you will be disappointed. If you are looking for a nice story and are open minded, you will get something out of it....more info
  • A lovely perspective on spirituality
I loved this book, and can't wait to read "Waiting for Autumn". I really enjoyed Scott's ideas & writing manner. John also read it, and thought it was a little "out there"..lol...but he does not entertain as open a spiritual view as I. Once I started reading it, I did not stop until I finished. It helped me to view some things that weigh on my own soul, in a different, more healthy, & enlightened manner. It's obvious by several of the current reviews that one needs an open mind on spirituality to even entertain these ideas presented in this read. Those who do have one will certainly enjoy it as much as I did. Thank you Scott Blum!...more info
