Customer Reviews:

  • Expensive
I remember buying powdered milk because it was cheaper than regular.

I can get about 2 more gallons from my local Safeway for less. And this does NOT include shipping..

Might be good for camping....more info
  • Good to have when you are too lazy to go to the store.
I like milk. It is upsetting when you have something that would go good with milk, and you don't have any milk. I bought this for this reason alone. The stuff is OK, but not as good as regular milk. ...more info
  • Save Some For Me
I'm used to both whole and 2% milk from the store. After a short getting-used-to period, I doubt that I could go back to either without another getting-used-to period.

Understand what I'm saying? I like this Saco stuff! Besides being cheaper, why keep lugging those gallon jugs home? I drink a lot of milk.

Matter of fact, I'm mixing it weaker than the directions call for, thus saving even more. I mix it a little on the strong side for puddings though 'cause I found the weaker version makes for runny pudding. But for drinking, I find I prefer it on the lite side. Matter of taste. But if you're not used to powered milk, this does take a little getting used to; if you are, then you're in for a treat.

Oh my, mixing? Like a dream!

My problem with all this? I live in fear that Amazon might run out....more info
  • Milk
I really like the big box of milk. I use alot of this because I make homemade yogurt. So much cheaper than the small boxes in stores....more info
  • Tastes good and easy to mix
Unlike some others offered by Amazon, this milk is both tasty and easy to mix. I am very disappointed that Amazon doesn't have this in stock anymore. I like it so much that I was going to subscribe to this product. ...more info
  • Great Tasting Non-Fat Milk
Compared to the price of fresh milk per quart where I live, I'm saving money using dry milk. Other dry milks I tried were OK on cereal or in bread machine recipes, but were nasty to drink. Saco is the first I actually can drink and enjoy! Highly recommended and I will continue to order this brand as long as it is available....more info
  • Great tasting milk
This is really good tasting and you always have an easy way to have milk any time you want it. All you do is add water. What could be easier? I would recommend this product to anyone....more info
