CBS NEWS: All About Alli, The Weight Loss Pill. (WebMD) By now, you have probably seen the commercials or read the direct mail pieces about Alli. They ask if you are ready to commit to a weight loss plan that includes Alli, the over-the-counter version of the FDA-approved fat blocker formerly known as Xenical. FDA APPROVED: The Food and Drug Administration approved the drug product orlistat 60 mg capsule (trade name alli) on February 7, 2007, for over-the-counter marketing as a weight loss aid. Alli is to be used only in conjunction with a weight loss program that includes a reduced calorie diet, a low fat diet, and an exercise program. It is approved for use in adults 18 years and older. A multivitamin should be taken every day when alli is used as part of a weight loss program. Alli works by inhibiting some of the body's absorption of dietary fat. Taken at meal times, it works by blocking the absorption of about 25% of fat in the foods you eat.

whatisalli ?

your part and our part
alli is a 60mg orlistat capsule. But it's more than just a pill. It's an innovative weight loss program that works with you, not for you. alli can help you lose 50% more weight than dieting alone, but you have to do your part by changing the way you eat.

loose more weight with alli
The alli program starts with your commitment to adopting healthy eating habits. It combines the only FDA approved, over-the-counter weight loss product with an individually tailored support plan to help you achieve gradual and healthy weight loss. When you take alli along with a reduced-calorie, low-fat diet, you can lose 50% more weight than dieting alone. For example, instead of losing 10 pounds with diet alone, you can lose 15 pounds with the alli program.

alli is safe - it works in your digestive system, not in your heart or brain. It will not cause jitters, sleeplessness, or a racing heart. You can't just try alli - you have to commit to it.

More information can be found at, where you can also talk to alli users, registered dietitians, pharmacists, and fitness experts on the alli message board. Or talk to your doctor, pharmacist, or dietitian to help determine if you're ready.

what weight loss to expect
how does it work ?

alli blocks 25% of the fat you eat
Typically, enzymes in your intestines break down fat from food so your body can absorb the fat. But the active ingredient in alli attaches to some of these enzymes and prevents them from digesting about a quarter of the fat you eat. Because undigested fat can't be absorbed, it passes out of your body instead of turning into calories.

does alli have side effects?
The main side effect occurs when you eat a meal with too much fat while taking alli. If so much fat is blocked that your stool can't absorb it, you might have side effects. Because they are not harmful, we call them "treatment effects." These include loose or more frequent stools, an urgent need to go to the bathroom, or gas with an oily discharge. The excess fat that passes out of your body is in no way harmful. In fact, you may recognize it as something that looks like the oil on top of a pizza. Treatment effects can be lessened if you stick to reduced-calorie, low-fat meals that average 15 grams of fat per meal.

important usage information

  • Linked to Colon Cancer
I tried Alli at the recommendation of my doctor! Yes, it does help you to shed the pounds, I lost 5 in one week. Yes, it can cause oil slicks in your underwear.

BUT, after doing some further research on the pills I stopped taking them because it has been linked to colon cancer in lab rats. My family has a history of colon cancer, I'm not going to take the chance if it's something I can prevent by discontinuing the use of a pill. Just be warned!...more info
  • You can do it for yourself!
You must adhere to the instructions strictly. If you deviate at all you will have the side effects mentioned and they are not pleasant. If you can adhere to the insturctions and follow a non fat diet then you really don't need this product in the first place. ...more info
  • Alli Works
I have been on Alli for 2 months now and I will say, IT WORKS. It's not the fast, dramatic loss that fad dieters are looking for. I've lost 13 pounds at this point and am thrilled with the results. The "treatment effects" are a not so gentle reminder to climb back on the wagon when you slip. And, FYI, you can't skip a day of pills and expect to go out and eat fried chicken (I tried it in week three and learned my lesson). Once it's in your blood stream, you really want to work hard at eating right. I'm hoping to take off another 15 pounds over the next 3 to 4 months with smart food choices, light exercise, and Alli....more info
  • This product is a waste of money and gives you gross results
I have used this product for four months and have seen very limited results. Plus the side affects are disgusting. I won't even describe it is so horrible. I would not recommend anyone buying this. Don't believe the hype....more info
  • Yes, it works, but the side effects are real if you continue to eat a certain way...
I said that I would review Alli after I had taken it for at least a month and a month passed officially two days ago. I have been overweight most of my adult life and had gained back all of the weight I had lost immediately after my son was born in November 2007. I weighed 178 when I started losing weight again in January 2009. I had managed to lose some weight with the South Beach Diet, but long term and sustainable weight loss has pretty much come to a halt by the end of 2008. I did SBD Phase 1 for two weeks and lost about four pounds, not quite as much as I had hoped. My husband suggested I try a supplement of some type. I have tried several supplements over the years (SlimQuick, Xenadrine, Hydroxycut, etc.), but none of them had really worked. I really didn't want to try Alli because I was afraid of the side effects, but I have reached my limit with being overweight and was ready for a true change. I'm glad I chose Alli.

Yes, the side effects I feared are real. I almost stopped taking it during the first 10-14 days because I was so tired of the effects. I would have uncomfortable and smelly gas with the oily discharge that the literature talks about. I had a couple of moments out and about where I needed to run to the restroom VERY QUICKLY so that I could take care of the problem. This was very difficult considering I have a toddler who really doesn't like restrooms (b/c they're loud). I started wearing a pantiliner in the backside area of my underwear so that it would hopefully catch anything that I could not avoid. After a couple of weeks, though, the side effects diminished immensely and I began to feel more comfortable.

I still have side effects when I eat fatty meals. On a trip, I ate some McDonalds (which I haven't had in months) and regretted it about 24 hours later. The same thing happened with both pizza and tapas, etc. If you eat as they suggest (lower calorie, low-fat), the side effects will be nonexistent or minimal. If you continue to eat fast food and other high-fat foods consistently, then you will have the side effects. The moral of the story here is, follow the guidelines and you should have few problems with Alli.

Along with the Alli capsules, the starter pack comes with access to, which has support materials for Alli users. It tracks your progress through weekly weigh-ins and more, has tons of great recipes (really!) available, and more for you if you want to use it. I like the recipes; I've made several and none of them have been bad yet.

For me, so far, Alli and the South Beach Diet together have been winners. I get to eat great food, usually really veggie-heavy, and feel great. I am in my size 12 jeans already and am looking forward to being able to fit into clothing I wore before I got pregnant with son almost two years ago. I highly recommend South Beach to anyone taking Alli; their cookbooks have some great recipes that satisfy that need for savory and sweet foods. Since most of the recipes are low fat anyway, it fits right in with the Alli plan.

If you're having issues with cravings (like chocolate, which is my weakness), I recommend Paul McKenna's book I Can Make You Thin. His self-hypnosis program has helped me curb most of my cravings and I have been able to get some new perspectives on food in my life. I haven't listened to the CD that comes with the book, but the book was a fast read and definitely helpful.

Alli, South Beach, and working out 3-5 days a week have helped me lose about 12 pounds so far. I hope that you will have the same sort of success. ...more info
  • No doest work as advertised
Taking alli does make you loose the fat you just ate, but to loose a lot of weight you must be taking it all the time and for at least a month. That would be ok, but you have diarrhea for that whole time and with that a lot of accidents, if you know what I mean. Your stomach will make weird noises and you also have to excercise a lot, not just sit at home and eat and loose weight. Doesnt work just like that. Unless you can take a month off from work, not worth the money....more info
  • did not work
2 years ago before I had my kids I weighted 180 at 5'8 which was only about 5 lbs. overweighted, two years later after having a girl and 14 months later having a boy I weighted 276 lbs. which is 101 lbs overweighted. On Feb. 10th I started dieting and exercising and by the 17th I had lost 5 lbs. I figure that if I tokk Alli I would loose more weight so I purchased it. The first day with Alli I had cramps, the 2nd day I had soft stool, and after that I had nothing. I figured that it was because I was barely intaking any fat, but yesterday I did not resist and I had foods high in fat. I waited to have a treatment effect and nothing happened, then today I weighted myself and I had gained 4 lbs. w/diet, exercise, and Alli. For my aunt it worked fine, I guess my body rejected it....more info

  • Great Product, even though side effects are bad
I have been using Alli for the past two weeks and it has worked great!! I have lost ten pounds so far. I have had the side effects, but I just wear an adult diaper to eliminate the embarrassment and the extra laundry. Wearing an adult diaper is more discreet than messing your pants in public, as long as you change as soon as the accident occurs, which is why the diaper is better than the disposable underwear.

YES i wear a diaper, do you have problem with that? Thats what diapers are made for, accidents. I am not ashamed of wearing protection to help me from embarrassing myself. If I didn't wear a diaper, it would cause more embarrassment. Most people don't know when I have a diaper on, it takes a lot for someone to realize that a person is wearing a diaper. Don't bash something that you do not understand!!

  • Crappy pill LOL
While I did not experience any "treatment effects" (as crapping one's pants is nicely referred to), I don't eat enough fat for these to work for me. One has to eat fat in order to have it expelled. So if you have a hard time controlling your fatty food intake, then this will definitely help you stay away from fatty foods when you crap your pants in public. I never took that chance and like I said, I didn't eat enough fatty foods for this to work for me. I had too many "carb crashes" (TIRED all the time) with all the low fat, high in carb foods I ate. No thanks....more info

  • Definitely like it. I lost 15 pounds in 2 months.
It works great. But it's still a myth how to get it work for me because my first experice with Alli was not successfull. I took it for over 1 month but hardly see any change. Then I stoped for a couple of month until I decided to give it another try this summer. This time, I work together with the online Myalli program and look into the chatting board to learn from others' experience. Somehow it works and I am so exciting to see my weight off 15 pounds in 2 months without doing extra execrises. I feel healthy and never have any trouble with my heart or stomach. There is no longer pains to stand on a balance and I like it so much.

I don't know why it didn't work the first time. Maybe what I ate didn't match the way how the pills work. One thing I learned from the chatting board is that you need to reach the daily target of calories and fat. If you eat too little, Alli doesn't work either.

The side effect is annoying but it's worthy. I would recommend it to anyone who is willing to establish a way to eat. I believe after I stop taking the pills, I can keep my weight or even continue to lose some with the current diet that Alli teaches me. The online program is also a great help that you can easily check your daily intake of calories, fat, all kinds of nutritions, etc. It also gives you low fat reciepts and the chatting board is a good place to look for more practical advice and help.

I began to take this product about a month ago. I did not have some of the unpleasant side effects others have discussed here. So I have been on alli for about 2 months. It has worked well. I go to the gym and watch what I eat. Even though you may watch what you eat food has fat in it. I don't eat fast foods or anything processed. I cook at home and watch my fat intake. Still I get orange smelly side effects. Yesterday I was on the computer at home. My chair is white and my boyfriend was watching tv near me. I let out a fart and felt something oily and smelly. I rushed to the bathroom and I had gotten the oil all over my pants and when I ran back to the chair. The white chair had orange oil splattered on it. I cleaned it and we both laughed so hard. I don't care about the effects but if it makes me look good it is all worth it. BEAUTY IS PAIN OR IN THIS CASE EMBARRASSMENT!...more info
  • Going On a Year
I have been using Alli since shortly after it came out. Here's my experience, including my health history for reference.

I am 6'2 and a year ago I was about 210 pounds. At that time I had lost about 15 pounds in 6 months by eating better and starting jogging again. At 225-230 I had developed plantar fasciitis, which just makes a weight problem worse. That condition was the best thing that ever happened to me as the heel cups I always wear now also alleviated worsening joint problems. So I was even able to start running again after years of knee problems forced me to give it up. By the time I started taking Alli, my health had improved quite a bit, but I had stagnated on weight loss and still had a lot of belly fat. I was not on a drastic weight loss plan - calorie reduction, but not major changes.

Six months on Alli over the winter with very little jogging (I had also pulled my hamstring during this time), and traveling a lot for work and eating poorly, and I lost about another 5-7 pounds. At my age and weight, my doctor says I need to be under 200. Once spring rolled around and my activity level increased, the weight really started to come off. I am now at 192-195.

I eat better now than I did 35 pounds ago, and I am much more active. However, like most people I eat a fairly high fat, high protein diet. I CHOOSE that diet because it is convenient, relatively inexpensive, and relatively healthy. I need the extra protein to drive my increased activity level. I don't have the money, time, or desire to eat fish and nuts every day.

I continue to take Alli because the reduction of some fat from my diet has had obvious benefits to my health. I plan to continue taking Alli in order to maintain my gains, but also because Alli has helped me re-shape my body. I am 34 and my body fat content is lower than when I was ten pounds lighter ten years ago.

Alli's side effects are well known. Actually, I mainly wrote this review in order to address some of the complaints in other reviews. First, if you are afraid of passing gas, don't. Go to the bathroom. Did you pass gas in public before you took Alli? I hope not. Your stools will not resemble what you are probably accustomed to. Maybe a lot of folks eat their feces, or put it on display for co-workers. I flush mine, so I could not care less what it looks like. The solution for fat sticking to your toilet bowl - a scrubbing brush. I had one before I took Alli, and I used it.

I don't blame people at all for declining to take Alli because of the side effects. But in my experience, adjustments were relatively easy. For me, the health benefits of taking Alli far outweigh the very manageable side effects....more info
  • you can't eat fatty food and expect to lose weight
to those with negative reviews....there is a reason why you are going to bathroom 10 times a day, wetting your undee and flood your toilet with fat drops. Why are you even taking this pill? Are you even trying to lose weight? You can't go eat 3 Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese with this pill and want some magical effects to take place. Cut your fatty foods, and exercise regularly.

That's what I have been doing, and I am seeing some results. It's been only a week but my pants are loose. Don't blame the pills for your lack of motivation. ...more info

  • Great! No problems so far!
I have been on Alli for 21 days and have lost 3.8 lbs. I eat a normal, healthy diet (cheat sometimes) and work out about 2 times per week with either yoga or swimming. I only need to lose about 20 lbs so this is a great start! I have had no adverse side effects except one incident with bad gas. I took a phazyme and it fixed that problem! I will admit I go to the bathroom more often, but in my case that is a good thing. I have a very slow system naturally - even with fiber supplements - where I normally go about every 2-3 days...with alli I am up to once a day! There is no cramping or discomfort or oily discharge or any of the other things I read on here about. I just got another month's worth, so far so good. I am really impressed so far! 3.8 lbs is a healthy weight loss for me in 3 weeks. I weigh 154 lbs now and am 5'3"....more info
  • Life is better with Alli
I really like alli for a couple of reasons. First of all, there is a noticeable difference in my weight loss then with out. They really do mean it when they say stick to low-fat, low cal. However the claimed treatment effects weren't too bad. That being said, knowing there is an unpleasant and undesirable treatment effect, gives you the mental push to stay away from the cookies and candy as well as physically helping fat from forming on the body. The product arrived in a timely matter, which is always a plus. As far as the program goes, it is challenging to go off the set menus without taking a lot of time to figure out your daily fat/calorie intake.....way to much time. And online support could be a little less generic and a little but more flexible in user-customizing. Over I would give alli 3.5-4 stars out of 5....more info

  • alli diet pill
This is my first time using any type of diet pill. In the past, I was able to loose 18 pounds from exercise alone. I was down from 219 to 200 lbs. I was happy, but lately I hit a plateau. I stuck at 198 for a couple of months no matter how much exercise I've done. So i tried Alli.

I was a little bit skeptic about this pill. I aunt was taking it before I did, and she said it works for her. I tried reading the reviews from amazon and most, not all people said it works for them too.

    The good thing:
First, it works on me. I already losing weight again from 198 to 192 lbs. I've dropped another pants size from 36 to 34 (started off at size 40 last year). All these result is amazing, but I could've done better. Sometimes I skipped a dose (out of forgetfulness) or even a whole day without taking the pill. So, right now I'm trying to stick with the schedule.

    The bad thing:
Some of the reviews in this site said pretty bad side effects with this diet pill. I had some side effects with this pill, but nothing that causing me to disturbed my daily activities. I found that I go to the restroom more often that I usually am when I don't take the pills. sometimes I go 2-3 times a day. Also, Sometimes i feel bloated and gassy. Other than that those, the complaints are minor....more info
  • Not helpful if you only need to lose those last 10 lbs...
I have been on Alli for about 3 weeks now. I am not overweight, but I am trying really hard to lose just 10 lbs. (5'2 120 lbs). I eat fairly healthy and I do exercise an average of 4 days a week, burning about 300 calories each time. Have I lost weight any weight in the last 3 weeks? No. However, I can see why if I had say 30 lbs to lose, Alli would help.
It truly is a drug-induced low fat diet. In addition to making you eliminate the extra fat out (treatment effects), I truly believe it also has that laxative effect where you pass alot more than the extra fat. The beauty of it is that it does force you to eat better and put you in that habit. The best way to avoid ruining your clothes is to wear a very thin pad with the F-16 wings. Men, this means you too. Which means no boxers. It is also helpful to refill a water bottle with a squirt nozzle when it comes time to cleaning up after the treatment effect (Sitz bath?) Less wiping, cleaner butt.
I am going to finish the bottle and just continue with what I am doing. I doubt I'll take off those 10 lbs...heck, I'll be happy with 5 lbs. Being barely 5'2, 5 lbs really really does make a difference.

  • 2wks into the Alli program.
I'm not one to leave reviews for products... but I definitely thought this one deserved it!

I'm a 22yr old female. I started taking Alli 2 wks ago and my starting weight was 238lbs and I am 5'4". Today I am weighing in at 223lbs, so I've already lost 15lbs :) I have NOT exercised, but simply the fact that I'm not allowed to eat over 15grams of fat per meal is enough to make my weight significantly drop I think. I've also cut my calorie intake to 1200 cal a day which I'm sure makes a huge difference.

I've had no symptoms except for once. But that was my fault. Stupid me I took a pill anyways even though I knew I was going to splurge. It was my best friends birthday and we went to a mexican joint called Margaritas... I ate a steak burrito only to find out later that meal had been 103 GRAMS OF FAT. Well let me just tell you that 4am that morning I woke up with the most awful pains I have ever felt and did nothing but spill out oil and cry in abdominal cramp pain. It was *really* bad, no exagerration.

So, all in all... I think this pill is meant for people who are very overweight, not someone looking to only lose 5-20lbs or anything. I also think if you're not ready to change your eating habits this pill is not for you. Follow the instructions and eat well and you will lose weight!

Awesome product. As close as you can get to a miracle pill !...more info
  • Take before you go to bed
I have been taking Alli since Jan 2009. I went to a diet doctor and he prescribed one of the horrible diet pills that give you the jitters, but he also prescribed Alli. I told him I did not like Alli because of the gas and loose stools. He recommeded that I take it each night before I go to bed. I stopped using the jitter pill for obvious reasons, but started taking Alli before I go to bed has worked out great for me. I do not eat over 15 grams fat well sometimes on the weekends. The side effects are minmized tremedously because they happen when you are sleep. My husband complained about my gas a few times, but I reminded him that I had been living with gas problems for over 20 years now. ...more info
  • My Alli experience
I just finished the 90 pill starter kit and I couldn't wait to give my feedback. It has truly been an experience. I will try to give as much detail as possible so that first time buyers can get a real feel of how it worked for me. For some background information I am a 28 year old female, 5' 7" and was weighing 154lbs when I started taking Alli one month ago. I put on 25lbs in the last two years plus an additional 15 lbs three years before that, so I really wanted to get it off as my clothes could no longer fit. I have tried many diets over the years, the most successful prior to this being herbal life a couple of years ago where I lost 15lbs in a month. Most recently I tried a fruit and juice diet last year and after starving for two weeks I only lost 6 pounds then ate it all back on.

Anyway on to my Alli experience, I started taking the pill one month ago and decided to go with a cereal for breakfast, meat and vegetable for lunch and dinner diet, it worked well but I felt it wasn't going fast enough. So after a week and a half, I cut out my snacking all together and continued the Alli with the Special K diet, which is Special K for breakfast, meat and vegetable for lunch and Special K for dinner. I never felt hungry for a second and my final tally after a month is 14lbs.

That's the good part; the not so nice part is the treatment effects and how much work I had to do. At many points I felt like I did most of the work where this diet is concerned with just a little help from Alli but when I look at it clinically I have tried doing this exact same thing on my own before and it had not worked as well. So I would say I got an additional 40% help from Alli. It really does help with the discipline. Now on to the disgusting part. I took the pill for about 4 to 5 days without any treatment effects. Then on or about the 5th morning I passed gas, low and behold my pearly white undies were orange, oil stained and man did it smell horrible. From there on I had to wear liners to work for the next two weeks as I found it very difficult to control the varying movements in my stomach and many times it resulted in the anal leakage which I read about. After the first two and a half weeks the treatment effects drastically reduced even though I had no major change in diet.

With all that said I would definitely recommend Alli if you are serious about major and attainable weight loss. If you do decided to try it, please fight the temptation to pass gas unless you are already in the bathroom. Many people may wonder why I would endure this just to loose weight but 14lbs pounds does make a huge difference. I have been able to go into my closet and wear clothes I haven't gone near to in years and I feel great, physically and emotionally.

I took Alli for an additional two weeks and all together I have now lost 20lbs. So now after two and a half months of taking Alli, I have still kept of the weight and I have been basically managing my weight with portion control. Very satisfied with the results.

  • Alli is amazing!!!
I have been taking Alli for 4 weeks now and absolutely love it! I've lost 16 lbs and have had NO treatment effects. I truly believe that if you follow this program you won't have any problems. I was very nervous about the treatment effects and purposely waited to start it when I was out of work for awhile. Alli makes you eat correctly and if you do you will definitely see results. I still have a long way to go to my goal weight, but now I know that I will get there with Alli. Good luck to everyone. This product is truly amazing!!!...more info
  • Alli is not for me.
I have taken Alli 3x a day for the last month. I believe that this product is kind of pointless when you are already following a low-fat diet. I never had treatment effects. I have lost 6 pounds but I believe it's because I'm losing weight the old-fashioned way.. with keeping my caloric intake in my range for weight loss, and working out vigorously most every day. I don't believe this pill has done anything for me except in the beginning made me want to stay away from fatty foods because of the apparent treatment effects. Once I wasn't interested in eating fatty foods and began eating healthy, I felt that taking the pills was unnecessary, and didn't feel the need to depend on them. I will continue my journey without Alli. Good luck and success to those of you that are using Alli. I hope you reach your weight loss goal!...more info
  • Can cause a bowel problem
This product not only did not work. It caused a bowel problem(constipation) that lasted for three days. It did not matter how much fat I ate I did not get any reaction . It was if I had not taken anything that would affect the amount of fat in my diet.I tried to eat a high fat meal to see if it would cause any kind reaction and nothing happned. It may work for some but I had to discontinue using it. It turned put to be a real waste of money I have almost an entire bottle left...more info

  • Alli helped me change my life!
When alli first came out I tried it because I was desperate. At the age of 44 and 5 foot 1, I was 80 pounds over my ideal weight, my knees were hurting, my back was hurting, I had been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and I could not get up a small flight of stairs without feeling like I was climbing the Himalayas. I had tried everything you could think of, taken pills, made soups, watched calories, starved and deprived myself for weeks and months at a time. I would loose some weight and then gain it right back when I got off the diet. The one thing I did not do was look at my eating habits and realize that to get to where I wanted to be, I needed to change what I was eating. Alli helped me with this. I bought the first package with a lot of trepidation. They were not cheap and I had been through so many broken promises before, that I really did not think it would work. And if it did work I was certain it would work only for a while. After reading the literature I realized that alli, the pill, is not there for a lifetime, it is there to help me learn! And learn I did. I followed the instructions to the letter, utilized their website, watched what I ate, and learned what was in my food. The side effects only taught me to follow instructions to the letter, watch and learn. In the process of getting my weight down to 105 lbs, I also changed the diet for my whole family. My daughter who was getting heavy also has slimed down without even trying or taking alli. My husband has lost 10 lbs without working at it. We eat so much healthier now; I watch what I put on the table, my daughter has learned to look at food and make the decision if it is healthy. I took the pills for 8 to 10 months and then went off of them. That was in Feb. of 08. I have not gained a pound of my weight back. I am so much more active, hunt, hike, swim and love to go clothes shopping for the first time in 15 years. And the sleep apnea maschine is gone! Alli gave me this; it taught me how to recognize good food and how to eat well. I hate to say this, but the side effect everyone talks about was one of those teaching tools. Because I did not want those embarrassments, I made sure to avoid them and that meant to follow the instructions. Thank you alli!!!!!...more info
  • Alli Miracle!!!
I've been wanting to try Alli for awhile now but the cost was too much for me to handle at the time, being a mom of 5 kids!
I heard positive raves & reviews from friends & family members, so I checked it out on Amazon and found it for way cheaper! So far, the 4 weeks I've been on the Alli's I've lost just about 20 lbs. My husband notices, my friends notice and most important... I notice! I look good and I feel much better about myself!...more info
  • Alli really works
I have been on Alli for several months and I can it really works. I have lost 21 pounds and counting. If you do your part, excercise, eat less fat, and the effects from it will not occur. But, if you continue to eat high fat foods, and take alli to block the fat you eat, then you are asking for it. ...more info
