  • Yippee!
I have been looking for this product all over and was thrilled to find it at Amazon for such an incredible price!...more info
  • Great taste
The price is higher than Sam's club @ $9.82 for 32 oz. However the taste is much better....more info
  • Coombs grade B maple syrup
Excellent product. Grade B is often referred to as " cooking " syrup because of it's strong maple flavor, I prefer it on waffles, french toast, hell-just about everything.Good job Coombs....more info
  • Never tasted better syrup.
All of my kids (even the ones that didn't like syrup) love this product. I normally skip syrup and use PB and Jam but now I use the syrup because it has so much authentic flavor. Also, doesn't make me shaky......more info
  • "B" grade should really stand for "Best" grade.
Organic and Kosher certified- and Vermont produced and processed (very important to those doing "Master Cleanse" or "Lemonade" dieting). This is also from an independently ran, 7th generational, Vermont family business. So they have a demonstrated investment in providing high quality and reliable products. And for those unfamiliar with B-grade. The grades only are categories of color and flavor degree. A is the lightest in color and maple taste. B- provides a darker color and a true maple taste. Maple syrup also is an ideal substitute for other sweetners - it is a nutrient rich natural sugar. I used to swear by honey. Then found Maple Syrup (unadulterated) to be superior in nutritional benefits. I still use Honey for its unique benefits. But Maple syrup is clearly the better choice for general use and at the lower cost of using (and better taste) of grade-B (compared to grade-A), it is at a reasonable price to do so.

  • Nothing Beats Pure Maple Syrup
Truly there is nothing better than pure maple syrup on waffles, pancakes or for baking. This syrup has a deep rich color and the flavor is outstanding. ...more info
Excellent product, fresh and high quality. I have purchased several other brands and they can not compare to the quality of Coombs. ...more info
  • Maple Syrup is Perfection but The Price Increase is Obscene
I love this syrup, best on the market. I've faithfully purchased it every month for 2 years. Why the price jumped $10 within 24 hours is corrupt and obscene. I can't even buy this now which is disappointing to say the least.
The lack of stars are not for quality of product but price....more info
  • Expensive, thin and as much flavor as grocery store brands
I expected a thick rich syrup with maple flavor. It may be organic, healthy and better for you but for the price tag it has as much flavor and thickness of the kind I bought at the Dollar Store! ...more info
  • Great product!
This is a very hard to find product (never mind costly) but made easy ordering through Amazon. This is definitly sold at a competitive price as well(I heard they sell it at Trader Joes for cheap but not as tasty)! I bought this for the master cleanse originally......but is enjoyed by the whole house. I would totally use this seller again! Very satisfied customer!!! ...more info

  • Organic Maple Syrup
The syrup tastes good. However, it is very difficult to pour without spilling over onto the side and being wasted....more info
  • Amazon Price Swing...up in 2 days!
I placed this item in my cart two days ago for $35.00. Got busy and forgot to buy it. Now it is listed at $52! OUCH! What an upswing! Before buying this one check out the new Grade A Dark that has been listed, it is $35 still.
    Good product, tasty!...more info
  • Great Brade B
i must say that Amazon is a great company. This order came in record time and good shape. Buying it here is way less from the healthfood store....more info
  • Great Maple Syrup - Beware Plastic Containers for Storage!
Love this Grade B Maple Syrup, and though many use Grade B only for baking, we think it's awesome for waffles. My only complaint is that these big jugs tend to last a long time, but plastic containers are not good for long term storage. Be aware that maple syrup should be refrigerated to ensure freshness (even if the bottle hasn't been opened). Because plastic containers are porous, the refrigerator shelf life is usually around three to four months, whereas if you use a glass container, then the syrup will maintain quality for a year. Of course, Coombs and other syrup makers probably use plastic due to cost of the containers as well as shipping (glass weighs more and requires extra care when shipping), so if you need to store your syrup for longer than a few months, just buy a nice glass jar, and transfer your syrup into it for refrigeration! And if you bought the 2 pack of 32 ounce jugs, you can freeze the one indefinitely to maintain its freshness, while using the other. ...more info
  • Very good! Great price, but there are better syrups for more money.
Great syrup! Does well in cooking or as a topping. I have had better syrups from Quebec, but that stuff cost me an arm and a leg. For the value I don't think you can do better ...more info
  • Good but far from the best
I bought this a good while back when they ran a special sale on it and I have enjoyed it. However, I would never pay the full price for this. Better maple syrup can be acquired for much cheaper. While this is delicious it is NOT one of the best to be found as their high price often suggests....more info
